Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the boots in their original packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
